Reminds me of the killing of Bob Lee Swagger's dog, Ouachita.

I watched the video. The dog did not appear to be attacking. It appeared to be friendly.

Maybe the triggerman is a weenie who is scared of anything bigger than a cat?

So with the falling dollar, was the traffic stop and handcuffs used for littering? Or was it for falsly inpersonating a congressman buy tossing money around?
I care about the dog. But why was the traffic stop conducted as a take down.

THis cop needs GONE..... if he's that damned trigger happy he has no business on the force. I tended to give the police the benefit of the doubt, but the video clearly shows there is NO DAMNED WAY that dog was acting in a threatening manner in the least!

Those poor kids having to go through the unwarrented arrest is bad enough, and then have to watch their pet killed by this guy... unbelievable.

I downloaded the video and tried to watch it, but because it was encoded with that Pile Of Bits, RealVideo, I can't make out much of anything that's happening. I can't even see when the dog gets out of the car.

Shame they didn't use a decent encoder for this.
