They are bringing a population for which there are few jobs available (seasonal tourism on the coast) hoping that some fool will bring in a company that needs unskilled workers. I hate to tell them, but with the business unfriendly climate in Maine the few manufacturing jobs left are already in danger and have no chance of expanding.

I just don't understand this.

Seriously. No one should make any effort whatsoever to shut this guy up. I saw him on Fox News last weekend. He discredits himself far more effectively than any of his critics ever could. Let him rant. Encourage him to rant. Provide him with a huge public address system. The more people hear him rant, the fewer will have any inclination to join his sick little group.

It IS nuts, ozone! I don't know how ANY outside group can just go into a state that means nothing to them. This group just wants to start trouble.

Maybe we should raise the tolls on the turnpike around lewiston to $5.00 a stop on Friday and Saturday. That way we could make a dent on the $2 billion deficit.

Sure gives ME pause, ozone! Maine, being one of the poorest states in the Union, and yet, the lawmakers are bringing in all the immigrants. Somali's at that!

Put them in nice housing, provide food and clothing and schooling. Welfare! And then when the city puts up a fit about it, then the lawmakers turn around and are shoving them down everyone's throat. Some said the people in Lewiston WANT the Somali's. Well, good. THEY can keep them!

The Chief already said that when they run out of room in Lewiston, they will spread out.........to Bangor and Portland. Lord have mercy on everyone!

No wonder the DemocRATS won the election! If they hand carry each Somali to register DemocRAT, how can they go wrong? Food for though.
