Let's see, Kansas would rather place kids in an environment where they have a higher chance of being exposed to; drug use, sexual abuse, physical abuse, growing up without morals, teen pregnancy, and mediocrity than placing them with parents who care enough to homeschool and where they might grow up to be exceptional adults.
