It is time for the legislatures holding the pursestrings to taxpayer funded institutions of higher learning to grow some balls. Couch it in plain language-- either permit and actively seek diversity of opinion or find your own funding.

That's a good point. If we can allow Title IX requirements to destroy college athletic programs, surely we can demand true "diversity" on our campuses. The cat's outta the bag!
