Respectfully, I think you are wrong. There are two codes of law cited above. The first has no language pertaining to drugs. It is entirely about what guns and ammunition shall be considered illegal, no caveats about drugs. It stands on its own as a legal statute. The second merely addresses additional penalties that may be added to whatever charges are brought if certain 'gun' violations are determined to be in conjunction with violations of drug laws.

I'll take the word of a Hoosier for it (I'm a former Hoosier myself). Do you agree that this likely will die in committee, given the demographics of IN outside of rust-belt "Geeeruh?"
