Thanks. You once again can't see the forest for the trees. The "cuss" you describe was an anology of stretching the rules to its limits. In trying to follow your thoughts according to your ever present and on going inquiry, your quest seemd to be for a "bottom line" in writing. But your reasoning is suspect because the answers you are given do not satisfy your quest.

JimRob and the Mods do their best to maintain civility. If you can't understand that, you do not have your own set of civil rules that you follow through life's activities.

I find this place great. I've had a reply or 2 ZOTTED and I could only giggle a little and then thank the Mods because of my dalience in the extreme.
