Would you mind telling me how deportation is unconstitutional? Only noncitizens are eligible for deportation. I'd be interested to know what gives non-citizens a constitutional right to stay in this country, especailly when their loyalities are in serious question.

I think you'd find that most of those posts come only between 0% and 99% on the serious scale. Not sure how they're arrayed, but probably skewed toward 0%. Anyone that gets above the 50's should be forced to eat falafil every day until they apologize.
