OK, I've thought about it. Doesn't make much sense to me. Are you saying that twins or triplets only get one vote between them? A genotype is not a phenotype.
My husband heard the same comment. I say let's get it through this month! Think of the lives that are at stake!
Let's pray that it IS this month......or soon thereafter. Get that bill on this President's desk!
