Excellent recap of the "AW" & "Hi-Cap Mag." bans.
Not as detailed as possible, but very readable and brief enough to keep a readers attention.

Tactically I think we will have no choice but to ensure the "Bans" die NEXT YEAR!

All of the same lying seditionist who imposed this nonsense on us from the beginning have already launched their campaign to to make it permanent, as early as possible in this new session.

They want to push it's permanent extension early for the same reason we need to defeat it early, to minimize it's possible negative impact on "Our" candidates in the next election!

If this decision lingers until late in the session ('04) it will become a political "hot potato", polarizing voters and providing ample fodder for hype and hysterics by the liberals and anti RKBA forces.

Congress is "braver" early in the session, as the next election is farther away and many voters memories are short.
As the author points out, this has become less true of RKBA supporters than of the liberals and majority of voters who really have no opinion of their own outside what the media dictate.

Personally, this issue will define who I vote for in the next election, if Bush allows this garbage to be extended he WILL lose my vote!

It is imperative that we make sure all conservative office holders and future candidates understand that they CANNOT take second amendment supporters votes for granted, the bans MUST die.

It is time for RKBA supporters to go on the offensive, we will never gain our right back only fighting from a defensive position.
