I don't know if he is supporting amnesty now, but it would not surprise me. There is a false mindset, that without an influx of illegals, SS would go bankrupt, there would be noone to work the farms, the list can go on and on. With that said, why is GW considered a great wartime president? What has he accomplished? In my book, a great president will only be proven, when there is a victory, or substantial improvement in the current situation regarding world terrorism.

I don't know if he is supporting amnesty now... The jury's still out on how effective Bush has been as a war president, there's more planned yet on what he intends to do. I just think it's wrong to lump amnesty in with that as excuse to justify it, if that's what Rush or anyone is doing. They're two completely different issues.
