Now it all becomes clear. As J. P. Morgan Chase was riding high on its good-news settlement yesterday, Congress released a scathing report damning the big bank, along with several other Wall Street giants, and handing over more ammunition to shareholders who might want to sue them for losses.

The bank should "come clean", issueing a statement which STRONGLY implicates X42 and her spouse. The halo shieks in congress will be tripping over their talleywhackers, to forget and move on. Come on banks, stick it to em. SNL will have a field day with it. (Not to mention El Rushbo.)
