For that you should consider yourself lucky. Latinos are friendly, hardworking, churchgoing and more conservative than the average Anglo Saxon. Add to that the fact that they don't want to kill you and make your children convert to Islam and I would say we Americans are vastly better off than the poor Europeans.

Miguel doesn't want to cutt your head off. Miguel wants a better place to raise his family, a good education system, hospitals, and most of all Miguel wants out of the third world crap hole (Mexico). Miguel has more in common with American then Mohammed.
