Thank goodness we do question the gop as we stopped tips in its tracks! Uh, TLBSHOW, it was a GOP representative who inserted the language into the Homeland Security Act that killed TIPS. That was more of a matter of what Ashcroft and Justice were doing, not the entire GOP.
