How about forgetting the stock holder's punishment and putting the persons who did it in friggin jail?

I am so tired of the justice department funding itself at the expense of already battered stock holders. Crimes = Jail, They are not supposed to be a line item in a profit column in the Justice's budget. That makes them no better than the criminals they are prosecuting.
