I think they polled right out of the DNC records. I do not believe that Hillary is the leading candidate to run in 04 and I do not believe that Jimmy Carter is the second most admired American.

I'm with you. I'd be willing to bet CNN, the NY Times, AP, etc. all call the same 500 or so people, most of whom probably aren't even registered voters. And rest assured, the poll questions are loaded in such a way as to predetermine the outcome.
