However, the same can also be said of Christianity. We must not forget that many have been hung, raped, molested and brutally beaten under the name of Christianity. But, we do not condemn all Christians as rapists or child molesters. There is a passage in the Bible that states (please allow me to paraphase), he that is without sin should cast the first stone.

The main difference in Christianity is in the New Testament on which Christianity is founded, there are no instructions kill non- Christians if they fail to convert.

In Islam there are passages instructing the faithful to get non- Muslims to submit or if that fails kill them. That's the problem. And some Muslims are following the religion to the letter. - Tom

Capt., all, I'd be interested in finding quotations and analysis here. Know where that may be found? I've got some pieces to read already, but would also like to see Koran quotes (presented in context, of course).

(And I love to see Bible quotes when presented contextually. There is no injustice from God in the Bible, nor instructions to be unjust.)
