Then they have changed their stance. I will research the appropriate information tomorrow as I am too tired tonight. If you are correct I will never say this again because I know that I have offended fellow FReeper Humblegunner as a Dell owner before.

Really I think the "stance" was the result of an incompetant mistake by a low
level employee which was overblown. I have no data however, as I am too freakin' tired to dig it up!!
Owning a Dell means never having to say "I can't open it".
