You present a false dichotomy. The Koreans are responsible adults and if they should set off a nuclear bomb, they will be held accountable. Clinton should, of course, get some of the blame, but the overwhelming burden is on the shoulders of the trigger-man.

"The Koreans are responsible adults and if they should set off a nuclear bomb, they will be held accountable."

The Korean leader is NOT a responsible adult as he has clearly demonstrated by breaking the agreements naively engineered by Carter and Clinton. He IS a power hungry Marxist maniac who prefers to develop WMDs while his people starve. One can easily extrapolate that when looks to the South he sees the solution to his economic problems. So once he has sufficient nuclear weapons and missiles of delivery with which he can threaten both S. Korea and the USA he will march his strong army into SK confident that neither SK or the US will risk losing millions of its citizens in a nuclear exchange. The fact of the matter is that this maniac does not believe he will be held accountable.
