What is "shock probation"?

The scumbag couldn't be retried for the crime. And here's he putting on the "chutzpah" defense. I noticed the conviction for perjury. He must be a registered Democrat to be kicking up such a fuss.

Later, Ignatow admitted that he'd sexually abused and killed her. Uh... Under oath?- What is THE REST OF THE STORY?

I remember this case from a TV magazine show story. Ignatow is an arrogant cretin. I didn't know that they at least nailed him on a perjury charge and he's doing time for it. I hope they find a way to keep him locked up for good.

"When Lem Moon was acquitted for the murder of his wife and Judge Pusey asked him if he had anything to say, he replied, "I never would have shot her if I'd know'd I'd have to go through so much red tape."

In King County Superior Court the judges not only aid and abet perjury in Family Court, they also openly commit fraud upon the court by fabricating evidence and deliberately misquoting laws. Either perjury is illegal or all, or it doesn't count.

Maybe he can go golfing with O.J. Simpson. They can trade notes and slap each other on the back.

Nine years for perjury??? I thought it was "no big deal". "Everybody does it." "Blah blah blah." (Just a few quotes from The American Propaganda Machine, a.k.a. The Mainstream Press.)

If memory serves, he had a female accomplice in that murder who made a deal with the prosecutor in exchange for her testimony. The photos and/or videotape were not enough to connect him to the actual murder; the defense argued that they only proved that a kinky sexual relationship existed with the victim that may have been consentual. You can be sure that she did NOT consent to being murdered. I believe that the prosecutors, as well as the jurors, botched the case.
