To enjoy Lutefisk truly, it must be accompanied by:

Gammelost cheese

Norwegian Goats Milk Cheese

(V = veg rennet, U = Unpasteurised, O = Organic)
Gammelost The name means 'old cheese' and it smells like it! It is made by maturing the cheese in a very damp atmosphere, which applies to most of Norway, then working the mould growth on the outside back into the cheese. It is actually not old but quite a young cheese as it only matures for about a month. Thought to date from Viking times, if you were English and they did not get you with a sword then their breath would kill you! It is blue veined and strong tasting if you can get it past your nose. Norwegians regard it as a delicacy and delight in feeding it to foreigners, going hysterical at their reactions of disgust!

Well...that leaves Norway with Moose, anyway. The questionable cheese, and of course Lutefisk tend to cancel out any strategic advantage I thought they may have had...except as a threat. Doesn't seem a far stretch to weaponize Lutefisk and Gammelost (was this his punishment for losing?!), if it is necessary at all. Typical Bert to find the perfect off-the-usual-grid juggernaut nationality for his play for world domination. We can't even starve them out...and if we're not careful, they may send their products to OUR supermarkets! The fact that they LIKE the stuff is chilling...may be addictive. This makes O'Sama look merciful. The humanity. Rrrrrrrr.
