I believe his name is really Edmund Hilary, not Edmund Hillary, so it isn't even spelled the same as Hillary Rodham.

Thanks for the correction. I've seen it both ways, including Hillary on a teacher scholastic site with that name on the cover of a book. But I think you are correct.

It would be perfect marxism for textbook publishers to now change all the references to Edmund Hilary to read 'Hillary' just so as not to embarass her lordship (there are probably people working on that right now).
