That's always puzzled me too. Then again, most of these carpet-bagging globalists only think quarter to quarter anyway with no thought or care about the long-term. With the large fortunes they exact from their companies they can live just about anywhere on the globe. Sadly, the very same "live for today" hippies of yesteryear now run Corporate America.

No middle class, no market. But the big business globalists don't seem to comprehend that. Henry Ford knew this years ago when he paid workers enough to buy the cars they made. No one can buy those cars when their jobs are in Mexico or China.
