I was discussing this thread with my wife over lunch just now, and we had a good laugh coming up with other unique names:

Shake (pronounced sha-KAY), from an orange juice carton.
Phlem
Mylanta (sounds nice, eh?)
Odiferous (but his friends call him "Stinky")
