I’ll give you a hint, in my company there was UDT (SEALS were not yet a unit), Marine ABN, Air force pathfinders, and us cherries some most heading to the 173 ABN some going to 101 ABN and the rest of us went to replace those lost and injured in D.R. by the 82nd. Now you take a good guess but I don’t think you know and as I have said you are a LEG and you have not responded to that which tells me volumes about you military background.

Hmmm,that's interesting,because SEALS did exist when I was in jump school,and this was before you CLAIM you were there.UDT guys had to go to jump school before they could become SEALS.

As for your comment about "lost and injured in DR by the 82nd",this proves you are a phoney. I doubt the 82nd lost a dozen people in the DR. I was there myself.

One thing I don’t do and that’s lie. I don’’t like being called a liar or a coward. You haven’t proven dick to me and it is obvious by your comments that you’re in fact a leg. If you were at Bragg in the 60’s you would have know that 51 jumps was nothing. I made 40 of those jumps before I had a year on jump status. Can you remember why? Remember it got so bad we had to replace the 106’s with logs.

I did not jump out of airplanes, do like riding in helicopters, served in Vietnam as a mechanic in self propelled FA batteries at various firebases. I retired as a CW3, maintenance warrant with 25 years of service, 14 on active duty and 11 in the reserves and Kentucky National Guard. I have worked as a civil servant for the Army since 1985. Much of what I see and do each day has to stay at work when I leave.

I am too old now. In Desert Shield/Storm I was offered the opportunity to volunteer to go, but the civil service office at Ft Knox did not know how to handle the re-employment aspect. I was in the Ky NG at that time so went ahead and assisted in the mobilization of several units as that was only for a week or so at a time.

They really make me feel old. We looked like a bunch of high school kids, but at 18 and 19 we were not out of high school for more then a year or so when those were taken. A lot of growing up done in the army. It's probably the same today.
