RELIGION OF PEACE UPDATE At least two Palestinian gunmen infiltrated into the Israeli town of Otniel, south of Hebron on Friday night, the Jewish Sabbath, and opened fire killing four Jewish students and wounding at least seven others, the IDF said.
According to a report on Channel 1 television the terrorists entered the dining hall of a yeshiva (Jewish seminary) as the students were sitting down to their Friday night Sabbath mealr and opened fire.
At least one of the gunmen was killed and security forces are searching for the second.
The wounded were being evacuated to the Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva by ambulance and by military helicopters.
A Magen David (Israeli Red Cross) spokesman said that three of the wounded had been evacuated. One in a serious condition and the other two are in a moderate condition.
The spokesman said that four of the casualties could not be evacuated due to continued gunfire.
Nevertheless, that's what he said.
The West got wise to that years ago. Arabic-speaking Westerners are now monitoring his Arabic-language broadcasts.
Yes and no, respectively.
No interest at all. How's your electric card doing?
Ooops. That's "car" not "card".
What does that matter what he said? The reality is that there is a big disconnect between what he says and does. Hence, I am not interested in his PR strategy. .
I'll answer all queries this Monday.
P.S. Reservoir Dogs is overrated.
The point, if there is one, is that terrorism is not a unified corporate entity. Germany, France, and Italy, who started the whole thing 1000 years ago with their Crusades are not interested in the region at all anymore. Not all Muslims are interested in the tiny space where Israel sits. Most Muslims are not interest in any kind of war with the West. Arafat is interested only in Palestine, although he views Israel as a renewed phase of the Crusades, even though America and Russia, who sponsored the creation of Israel at the UN had nothing to do with Crusades.
Israel, Chechnya, Philipines, Spice Islands, Kashmir, 9/11, Sudan... You see a trend yet?
Germany, France, and Italy... are not interested in the region at all anymore.
That's a silly thing to say. Ofcourse they are interested. Europe is much more depended on the middle east then we are. The difference is that they picked arabs to be chummy with, plus they are not a super power to dictate as we do. Why do you think there is such an opposition to the war with Iraq? Because they are not "interested"?
Arafat is interested only in Palestine
Arafat created his PLO in 1964 - 3 years prior to the "occupation" of West Bank and Gaza. This is the m.o. that is now seen world wide. They claim territory and try to annex it (israel, philipines, chechnya, kashmir, etc).
although he views Israel as a renewed phase of the Crusades
Give me a break. They are only using that to get the support from other muslims. Obviously it's working.
I'm trying to provoke a response from you, but at this point you're backtracking. Your use of the word "cult" within the context of your reply to Yehuda had nothing to do with "ping lists."
So my question for you remains: Do you think conservative Jews constitute a cult?
The joke is taht Newt Gingrich was very pro-Israel.
Having said that, it might also make a larger operation against the Arabs more probable. The killers will die. It will be important to know if more response is taken.
First of all, this site is called FreeRepublic, not FreeAmerica, but even if it were, the fact that you are provincial and don't want to know what is going on in the world, is your problem. Don't inflict it on the site and everyone else. (And don't assume that Israelis are as provincial as you are.)
FR has run a number of stories on Germany of late. I have a great interest in Germany. According to you, no stories on Germany should be permitted here (or is it only stories on Israel that are forbidden?). Is somebody FORCING you to read stories about foreign countries, or is it just that you like to play censor, and keep OTHER people from posting and reading what they're interested in? Have you issued the Robinsons their marching orders? Why would you even be attracted to a site called Free Republic?
