You are running circles around the issue. How would you, as a military man (and by the way, I've got 10.5 years under the belt Active & Guard) feel if you were cut and your job given to Gurkas or hell, Costa Ricans, because they didn't need that much pay, since they were getting a citizenship and you were told that sorry, you aren't going to be given a chance to get to E-8 or to retirement, you're to damn over paid as is. That's the issue. No loyalty and breaking of the law.
