You have it exactly right. I live in Clark Co., Wa., and the issue every election in the Seattle area is lite rail which Murray has promised at (Federal tax payer expense). She sat on the Transportation committee, chair I believe, but now that is over since the GOP is back in control. She is a total Clinton kool aid drinker and takes her marching orders from the DNC.
