The democrats need the votes and they can count on them from the blacks. The blacks can whine all they want, but when the chips are down they know what side their bread is buttered on. The other alternatives at the next election are to stay home, or vote Republican, but that is shooting themselves in the foot.
The Republicans aren't going to get them someone else's money. Quite the contrary, the Repubs want to give tax breaks, which means less money to reallocate.
Whine all you want but show up at the next election. Vote (D). - Tom
