I did too. All I got in return was a generic "We care about you" canned response. How was it that you managed to get a "personal" reply (even if just from an underling)?
I've read several posts that have repeated the essence that your message doesn't have a ghost of a chance of even making it to the staffers unless it is hand written.

I didn't. I've yet to receive a "canned" response. We have a reporterette family friend who called me with Murray's spokesman's reply about the correspondence she's receiving.
