Yeesh. Imagine having a pizza delivered by that guy.
In June 2001, I rode with a middle-age driver who kept emphasizing that the building I had just exited was "a very strong building." Even then, I thought it was an odd assertion, which he stated repeatedly. He also apologized that he couldn't put my bags in the trunk because he didn't want "his friends" to see him driving a cab. He almost layed down on the front seat while I put them in the trunk myself.
They Islamists are among us, driving cabs, delivering pizzas, doing whatever, but they are here.
Same thing in Seattle. Yellow Cab is particulary bad, followed by Orange Cab.
It's a cash business, highly mobile and they have all day and all night to do nothing but drive around...observing...learning...planning.
