That is exactly the response I recieved-That Dear Friend part was really infuriating. People who play Patty cake with our enemies is no friend of mine.
After reading that statement about it was only Right-wing haters asking for her resignation, I am convinced that her response was supposed to begin: Dear Fiend, and that makes me feel much better.
