I think that's the new Expanding Full Metal Jacket by Federal. Instead of a cavity in the nose of the bullet, the front of the slug has been designed to partially collapse.

I see they are not being sold as reloading components, yet,(If ever) but I shall pick up some this week locally in .45 and 9/mm.

Due to Winter clothing, it is not "Hydrashock" season, really, though they are better than JHP's.
