Roll Call's Ed Henry, on MSNBC, just said that he doubts G.W. will bring back the Appeals Court nomination of Judge Charles Pickering. Henry predicted G.W. will try to avoid controversy. So have the Democrats won by default or what?

I think he should bring back Pickering!!! Doesn't make any sense to me as to why he wouldn't. Unless he thinks he is racist - and I don't think he is.
