To: Betty Jane; Constitution Day; Howlin
Daschles state, South Dakota, passed a law this year saying a candidate can only appear once on the ballot. And Daschle would have to run for reelection in 2004 or quit the senate to run for president. I dont know about the others, including my home state of NC.

You understand that the democrats think that laws apply only to others, not them. don't you?

As in N.J. the democrats in N.D. will petition a judge [Along with almost everything in life, the Judiciary is one more instituition that the democrats have corrupted] that will grant dashel an exemption to run.

Under Florida law, he would have to forgo a bid for a 4th Senate term, if the Dufuss runs for president .
