Is this not the most blatant miscarriage of justice youve ever read? England is swallowing her once brilliant self whole, leaving the isle to the criminals. Not a place I want to be ever again.
We must never ever let this happen in America and they will be trying again in 03 to make this country look as stupid as England and Australia. If the 9th gets their way in CA with their decision that the 2nd Amendment doesnt mean what it says, and you cant protect yourself, then it is reasonable to assume there are enough anti-gun nuts to make it carry across the country. Stay in tune with your states legislatures; watch closely how they are leaning and let your voice be heard in favor of guns. We are a free Nation for now, but let them further strap us, the rest will be history.

Sorry, we are not a free nation now. "shall not be infringed" has been infringed quite a bit - what is the Assault Weapon Ban, but the actual disarmament of the militia? If we want to regain our freedom we will have to fight to recover what has been taken - namely our fundamental rights. They have been taken for many reasons, all nominally good, but our freedoms have been erroded nonetheless. The 1st Amendment says "Congress shall make no law" and then they pass Campaign Finance Reform and GW signs it into law. The list goes on. First we have to understand that we are presently in what Joe Sobran acurately describes as "Post-Constitutional" America. Much more to do after that.
