Hi, Billie.....do you mind telling us what you put in the mashed potatoes for the twice-baked treat? Sounds like a good idea to put some in the freezer. Do you use Idahos? Do you fill halves or the whole potatoe with a little cut off the top? Are they thawed before heating in the oven? Thanks in advance!

Great photo of W. He and Laura are both looking and sounding great these days. Laura was on Meet The Press yesterday....how could anyone not like her? She was wonderful.

What a beautiful thread! I love everything about Christmas, but the carols stand high among the favorites. They are played in our house from morning til bedtime.
Oh! Billie I got all the ingredients necessary for the apple & yam recipe and Maggie has promised to cook it up. I'll tell you how it came out.
