I agree that this story is dubious. To begin with, the First Lady is ALWAYS accompanied by a bunch of people, and even in the residential section of the White House late at night there is a sort of chambermaid close by. So she would not have to send a Marine guard to fetch coffee.

I don't agree with the personal attacks on Chelsea, but she is fair game since she has made public policy statements and even assisted her daddy in Middle East negotiations.

Through a family member, I have been trying to contact the Marine to see if he would go public. No luck yet. Consider it dubious if you like.

That may be true about Chelsea, but it is terribly weak to go after her instead of her parents. Consider how the Left looks when they go after the lovely Bush twins.

I am sure there are many, many more horror stories that will never be brought to the public as the people involved do believe in their jobs and will never break the silence they have been asked to keep.

The horror stories will come out, if she ever runs for president. There is only one thing that the liberal media loves more than protecting their own: Getting the chance to be the next Woodward and Bernstein, taking down a presidential candidate and changing the course of history. If she runs, every journalist in the country will be digging through every aspect of her adult life from her first day at Wellsley under the day she announced her presidential run. Even if the Marine is still in the forces, he might ask his commanding officer if it would be okay to tell his story to the media.

No one should be allowed to abuse a US Marine (or other active duty soldier/sailor/airman) on duty in this country -- especially a US Citizen -- let one someone like the First Lady.
