Like I wrote,Bubba-1 gives Ali Bubba the perfect cover for busting the budget. If Iraq hadn't been involved in attacking us on 9-11,Bubba-2 and the Bush-Bots would have to dream up excuses about why we are going to attack them. HEY! Wait a minute.......!

After all,if Bubba-1 had done things like expand the Dept of Education,pledge billions of dollars to build homes for minorities,pledged billions in aid to Africa,created whole new bureaucracies in the feral gooberment,etc,etc,etc,....well,Bubba-2 wouldn't have had to do this himself,would he?
