I felt that way for quite some time. Hillary and her handlers have had bill doped up and under control for some time now. Remember the few times when he could hardly walk to the podium for a speech. He didnt always have the "great" speech in him.
They let him screw whatever he wanted and he was happy while others ran things.

Bill's just a regular old jerk with priapism and an overwhelming psychological desire to be loved and needed. Hillary is a truly evil human being who has been scheming for power - far more than Bill ever did - since her earliest days at Wellesley.

Bill just wanted to be president. Hillary wants to rule the world. There's a big difference between the two.
