"Muslims are now guilty until proven innocent" Sounds prudent to me, in this war against Islamic terrorists. We did the same at the start of WW II when the Japanese hit Pearl. After the war things went back to Constitutional mandates. If Islamic people in America don't like it, they should blame their Islamic fanatic leaders.
