I should have been more explicit. "Will any media report whether they are legal or illegal"...Yesterday the Daily News kept saying they were "homeless". The media just hates to run headlines saying "illegals"....

If convicted, each faces up to 25 years in prison. Why only 25 years?
I thought kidnaping had the death penalty.
