The substance of the petition is wonderful. Its grammar is not. Do you suppose they might correct the errors?

I also cannot agree with this: "We support President Bush in his efforts to defend our homeland, to defend democracy, and to take any measures to end the threat of terrorism."

I support President Bush but would not support "any measures" to end the threat of terrorism. I do not support the Federal government suspending the Constitution, explicitly or otherwise. That's another topic, of course, but is the main reason I cannot sign this petition despite its splendid purpose.
