There was a flyer put out by the FBI (in Arizona, if I recall correctly) that listed "constutionalists" and those "who spoke of the founding fathers" among many others as people to be wary of because they are potential terrorists.

I've seen the flyer reproduced many places including a thread on FR when I was lurking.

That is not what TaZ was talking about. The specific claim was that the BATF said that the FOUNDING FATHERS were "terrorists."
