What about the tapes that could prove everything he said?

They claimed that the tapes were destroyed after 3 days according to policy, and it turn out there was no such policy and the tapes had not been destroyed. If he had the time and money to take this to court those tapes would have showed what really happened.

How much do you want to bet that those tapes will never be released for public viewing?

I'd bet you there is no audio on the tapes, if the tapes still exist, so they wouldn't tell the whole story. I would be interested in an eyewitness report, however.
