You are absolutely right. That said, there is no way anyone could call the ACLU, and have the person who answers say "we only accept minorities." All it would take is for Rush to make one call, hear and record this, and the ACLU would be out if business in 24 hours. Heck, I would do it myself, call them up with my handy recorder. So would 50,000,000 others.

Somehow, this guy calls up, and they say that to him? But not us? Yeah, right. We all wish it were that easy. The guy who wrote this story is lying.
