Sounds like a fruitcake to me. How would acupuncture, herbs or moxibustion (whatever that is) assist in the turning of a breech presentation baby? Matter of fact, how would an emotional upset to the mother cause a baby to go from head-first to feet-first?

Well, you are 9 people in the first 50 posts who took sides against Mr. Monohan.

That concerns me.

There is a false conservatism, the conservatism of trusting the status quo and this is closely related to authoritarianism -- and then there is the true conservatism that seeks for principles, then to help get them applied, helping to make sure that it is the individual who empowered.

Clearly, these Portland screeners were (are?) behaving in an unprincipled, abusive fashion even to the point of endangering those they are supposed to serve, and the author has served us in demostrating that to us, from his truly traumatic experience (or do you think it's just fine to cause someone to cut your wife open?).
