You see Morrigan, I'm not a policy maker, but I can read and the internet is in front of me.

Just as the City States gave way, so will the Nations.

Civil war will erupt long before this nation gives way. People will not let their country slip from their fingers. You are shortchanging the American people. There is still fight in them, even if they have forgotten about it. All they need is a good leader--and unfortunately, we do not have that right now.

Perhaps in 2004 we will try and fix that, though.
