Exactly!
I'd like to know where the heck she gets this. She spouts off this stuff as "facts"...well, where's the proof/evidence that OBL did anything for anyone that wasn't part of his goal to kill/get rid of the infidels?
Yeah he built schools- to further indoctrinate the people with his brand of fundamentalism
As for roads etc, maybe Patty thinks building terrorist training camps qualifies?
Housing for widows? I guess paying people to commit suicide counts, according to the liberals.
She also knows nothing about the roots of terrorism, cuz being poor sure isn't one of them.
What's also aggravating is that this really should be front page news. If I've got to see a line about "but critics are demanding closer scrutiny of his record on race relations" regarding Fritz (on foxnews.com no less), what aren't I seeing the blatant disinformation of Murray being publicized?!?!?
Why not publicize the ongoing work worldwide paid for by the USA, and the works of groups like the Peace Corps?
I can name several church groups around here that make regular trips to third world countries to build houses, churches and schools, and provide goods and services like clothes, medical attention and computers.

If a Republican had made a gaffe like this, well, they'd have lost their high elected office or tied in the court of public opinion (the newspapers)...you get the picture.
Murray clearly belongs to the Blame America First crowd--we can't do anything but harm to the 3rd world, use too many resources, etc.
Her obscenity (besides praising OBL) is that she overlooks, or perhaps doesn't know, about the Marshall Plan, how we rebuilt Japan and Korea. Besides private church groups, national guardsmen from the states are drilling wells in Guatamala, filling the rice bowls in Afghan (I could go on and on). Somebody in public policy, say the Vice President, needs to call attention to her ignorance and clarify the record. Otherwise, like Bellesiles' book, her fiction will become printed fact.
