Allow any Muslim to freely emigrate and attend US college of choice AND extend generous SBA loans for the purpose of opening convenience stores or medical practices AND allow their children to practice their religion in our public schools even though our children can't. Pros: We get more Muslim immigrants. Cons: We get accused of siphoning off their best and brightest.
