From what I've gathered, he's at least conservative. He'd take the Senate in the right direction.
I don't care for the idea of Bush picking the Senate leader, either. He's got enough power already. He shouldn't have that much control, It wouldn't insure the separation of powers. He shouldn't push it!! Enough already!!!!
